When the U.S. Bicentennial came round in 1976, scores of companies celebrated by providing special containers for their wares. The Liberty Cherry & Fruit Company of Covington, Kentucky, was no exception.

This jar is shaped like the Liberty Bell, complete with the crack on the back side. It held 2.6 ounces of olives (somebody ate them). The jar is about 3-1/4\" tall, and the screw-on lid is original. The jar and lid are in very good shape.

This would be a cute addition to a collection of Bicentennialmemorabilia or glass product jars.
