Up for offer is avintage bisque mermaid figurine marked 6243 Germany. She measures 2\" tall,3 1/2\" long and 1\" wide.She is a lovely bathing beauty in a laying position. Her blond hair is adorned with a green flower. She has a pretty handpainted face. She has a light blue split tail. The colors are a shade lighter than how the pictures portray them. This girl does have a repair. She was broken at the waist and has been glued. I would say it was a great job, as I could not see it until I took the pictures and zoomed close up. There is a tiny spot that looks like a nick, as seen in picture 9, that in person just looked like only a nick to me, or a natural imperfection. Still a nice find from an estate collection of mermaids! This piece is on the rarer side. Check out my store for others from that same collection.
