Rare and highly collectable Black Forest Bear in the shape of a pen carrier and ink well, I believe. I have done some research and this beautifully carved Bear is quite scarce!! It has been numbered 3 - underneath in fine pen and ink, not sure of the significance. The height is 12cms x 12cms x 6cms at the base. The glass well seems to be genuine and fits very snugly.There are a few very light marks of wear, please study the photos, but overall in fantastic original condition. The carving of the bark on the tree stump is first class.
