Unfortunately I don\'t know much about this item other than it was my Grandfather\'s he passed 34 years ago and this watch has been sitting in a drawer since at least then and I am not sure how long before that. Runs great keeps perfect time. Some scuffs on the glass face but other then that am amazing piece for it\'s age. Would estimate the age to be mid 60\'s but that is a guess. He owned planes and was a air Force pilot so I would only imagine it got some real practical use in it\'s day. But has been long retired and would love to have it in someone\'s collection that would appreciate it\'s true value. I am know very little to nothing about watches let alone vintage.
