A darling 30s to very early 40s brown fur felt pork pie style ladies hat with the grosgrain edged brim asymmetrically cinched up at the front & trimmed with two sprays of wide feathers in smokey brown to pale creamy off white topped with a felt bow. It has a wide inner grosgrain ribbon band.

The labels read \"Betmar\" & \"New York Creation, Large\", the inner band is stamped \"R.H. Stearns CO., Boston\".

It measures 21 1/2\" in circumference (my model has a head size of 22\", please check your own measurements with a fabric measuring tape to ensure proper fit).

It\'s in very good condition (refer to \"vintage condition\" chart below). Could use some reshaping from storage (mainly the crown), apparently had a veil originally, feathers are a bit ruffled& have minor wear & age issues (they were groomed to look curly & twisty), minor inner wear marking, average hatpin holes & slight mark at nape. All issues are age appropriate, only mentioned to be thorough. Remember, even the Mona Lisa has cracks~

I do accept returns on less fragile items under these terms: Returns accepted for an error or omission on my part exclusively (excludes any damage that may occur after leaving my care, such as glued items coming loose, bead strands coming loose..., most my items are vintage /antique, expect aging of the materials~I will be glad to add insurance to the shipping cost of the item upon request).
