WITH MOVING EYES. THE MAIN HANDLE IS WOOD WITH WOODEN CONTROLS. THIS IS A PROFESSIONAL DUMMY. NOT ONE OF THOSE CHEAP KMART TYPES. THIS HAS THICK PLASTIC HEAD. NO THE THIN TYPE. THIS IS MISSING THE MONICLE, THE TOP HAT IS MISSING TOO. ONE SHOE IS ALSO MISSING. OTHER THAN THAT, THIS IS IN GOOD CONDITION.
