Hello and welcome to my sale!

Up for offer today is a vintage tin litho \"Clucking Hen\" wind-up noisemaker toy in outstanding, perfectly working condition without any major damage that I can find.

This little cutie is marked, \"Made In Western Germany\" in red under the mallard duck.

The colors are vibrant, the shine is like new and the graphics are crisp and clean!

The points that prevent this toy from being rated in mint condition are very minor but need to be mentioned.

There is gentle use/play wear rubbing to the red paint around the top and bottom rims. These don\'t detract one bit from the gorgeous condition of the toy but I\'m a condition sensitive collector and always feels these items need to be brought to the attention of any potential buyer.

The sound this toy makes is eerily like the name implies. It literally sounds like a clucking hen who is relaxing on her nest for about five turns of the metal handle and then she squawks as if someone has just tried to steal her eggs! It\'s hilarious!

If you\'ve ever worked on a chicken farm, you\'ll know exactly what I\'ve just described.

She measures approximately 3 1/8\" tall, not including the hen, and 2 1/8\" in diameter.

There is also a number 19 stamped in ink on the bottom that I\'m assuming is either a model number or price. I\'ll need to leave that determination to the experts in the community.
