This item is for a niceetching by Alec Stern of California Mission San Rafael, matted to fit 11\" x 14\" frame.Comes with artist\'s biography card.Please view the photos carefully and feel free to email me with any questions. Comes from a smoke-free home.

Shipping: Item is shipped within two days of receipt of payment. Shipping is via USPS and calculated based on zip code. Includes insurance and tracking confirmation of delivery. I do combine shipping if you buy other items I have listed.
