This is an adorable little horse/pony brooch! The pin has a scroll to add a phrase or name and tiny tab to hang something. It is made of plastic. Possibly celluloid or bakelite. Sold as is. I purchased this mixed in with a bunch of small prize toys ranging from the 1930s- 1970s which I will be listing.
