Vintage Chalkware Figurines Old Balloon Seller Man & Woman. Based on my research it appears these may have been modeled after the Royal Daulton Fugurines. I was not able to find as good a chalkboard figurine as these two during my search of the items. They measure approximately 10\" tall.
