Vintage cherub spelter heavy metal balance scale repurposed into a jewelry display stand. Such a wonderful piece to display/hang your vintage necklaces and bracelets on, and maybe add a crown on top. It was gold underneath and painted a creamy antique white. Beautiful glass vintage prisms. It measures approximately 21 inches tall, and the arm is 12 1/2 inches across. In very nice condition.
