This Christmas piece has it all! There is Santa, a sleigh filled with gifts, 4 reindeer (one has a red nose), the word NOEL and it is a candle holder. It is marked on the bottom \"Japan\" and measures 10 1/2\" long x 3 1/2\" tall x 1\" wide. There is a gold chain that connects Santa to all the reindeer. The candle holders would be for little candles (like birthday candles). There is gold trim on the base, antlers, hoofs, and sleigh. I have looked this over carefully and I didn\'t find any chips. There is some paint loss-mostly the red on Santa, the sleigh and the letters and there is a little bit of candle residue on the holders.
