I have heard this design called \"Latvian twist.\" See photos.A hefty piece, it weighs 57.1 gms.Unisex size. Interior measures 5 1/2\" with a 1 3/8\" space - will fit a medium to large woman\'s wrist and a small to medium men\'s wrist.
