MyDefinition of Item Conditions:

NEW: New is brand new item that has all of the originalpackaging. The box might be a little distressed.

NEW OTHER: I use\"New Other\" for New Items that have been out of the box but neverfully installed or used as intended. It may have light surface marks from beingexposed due to \"No packaging\", testing and/or taken out for pictures.

USED: Is a BROAD range. I will always try to takepictures & take close pictures so that you are able to item and make your own judgment of it\'scondition and I will describe what I can & to the best of my knowledge(remember I may not see things that may be an issue to you). Used items aretested for basic power \"on & off\". NOTHING is tested under a loador for extended periods of time. These items may have blemishes, please look atphotos closely.

Please readthe items description page for clarification on the item. Sometimes we usedifferent wording in the \"Title\" to attract the attention of specificshoppers and it by no means is a definite description of the item. We apologizefor this in advance.

We are notliable for any inconsistency in the manufacturers item description. Not allitems come with what is listed in the manufacturers description, so pleasedon\'t assume or expect anything more than what is seen in the picture and/or isdescribed.

In MOST cases,we ship to anywhere in the USA, however, due to shipping cost to Hawaii,Alaska or Puerto Rico there may be additional shipping fees added to yourinvoice. GENUINELY FAULTY GOODS/REFUNDS: Will be replaced or money may be refunded, however,we must be advised of any faulty goods within 2 days of receiving your item,unless the item is listed \"As Is\".
