This is a very rare Coco Joe\'s ORIGINAL Lava Tiki Statuette. This Tiki represents the legendary Hawaiian God of the Winds of Love - Laukapalili. Engraved around the base is the word \"HAWAII\".This statuette was made in the 1960\'s in Hawaii from local lava rock that had been pulverized, combined with resin and molded. Quite a few have survived the years, but this one is very special because not only is it one of the rarest of these statuettes, it also is one of only two Laukapalilis for sale on the internet market that still bear the original paper label/sticker on the back. The other one sold for $115.00 at sale. This statuette stands 7 3/4\" tall and weighs in at 11 ounces even.He is in GREAT shape. He is fairly clean and has no chips, breaks or repairs.
