Vintage Desk Lamp

This lamp has a patent date of 5/19/1925. It was manufactured by \"The Greist Mfg. Co.\" of New Haven, CN. There is a spring loaded clamp which allows the lamp to be clipped onto at table or headboard. The shade as a spring loaded clamp that clamps right onto the bulb. The shade is easily adjusted to throw the light where needed. The shade and base have a deco look with embossed leaf design. The lamp has been rewired with period correct brown cloth cord and the original bakelite plug. The lamp shade has a 6\" diameter and the base has a 4 3/4\" diameter. There is a short in socket which causes the light to flicker.
