This is a Vintage Disney Mickey Mouse Steering/Driving toy. It is made by ARCO. I\'m not sure on the age of this toy. It was made in china. It has a vintage look to it from the graphics. The only fault with the toy is there is some masking tape over Goofy above the car graphic as seen in the pic. Its been there awhile and I\'m not sure how to remove it without peeling up the graphics. Still a great toy for any fan or collector. Thanks for looking.
