Utterly charming vintage children\'s bedside lamp, which includes a music box (Brahm\'s Lullaby) and a night light built into it. Made of wood, plastic, and heavy cardboard. Fine cosmetic shape, nice graphics and fine period colors. The lamp sockets work, and the music box does too, albeit very slowly--probably needs lubrication. No lampshade. Winding the music box makes the carousel turn!
Stands 12 inches high without shade. Weighs 1 lb 11 oz before packaging. The base is marked THE DOLLY TOY CO. TIPP CITY OHIO. There is a vintage UL sticker, and a label by the music box movement make, Thorens of Switzerland.
