This item is sold as is. Missing fabric guide but otherwise appears to have all parts. The machine powers on, the light works, and the pedal turns the belt/wheel and the needle goes up and down. Manually turning the wheel will also move the needle up and down. The machine platform and other areas have some scratches and scuffs from use. The border is worn in places. There is some adhesive residue that may be able to be removed with the correct solvent.
