VTG. FITZ & FLOYD Japan-BOY w/BALLOON Bisque & Salt Glazed STONEWARE FIGURINE-XLNT!
For your consideration, I have a very novel, cute and unusual, ca. 1970\'s vintage figurine of a little boy, reclining, propped up on his elbow, holding a balloon in his other hand, from Fitz & Floyd, Japan. The boy\'s face, hands and neck are bisque porcelain and his hair and body are salt glazed stoneware; the balloon has a semi matte glaze. The figurine is in damage-free EXCELLENT condition-no chips, cracks, crazing, repairs, discoloration, etc. It measures 5\" in length, 5 and 1/2\" to top of balloon, with an approximate 1 and 3/4\" width. (Lots of thought went into creating this unusual figurine judging by the way it is constructed). The back stamp is an \"F & F\" Japan sticker label, which is exactly as it appears on the photograph. Surely, the collector of whimsical and unique Fitz & Floyd ceramics would love this charming figurine for their collection.
