This is a small linen panel which is textured and knobbly but smooth not coarse to the touch.

One ladderwork hem, one hand hemmed end, one selvedge side, and the other has been zigzag stitched by machine.

I feel this is probably part of a sheet loomed on the narrow looms over 100 years ago. It has then been cut widthwise.

This has been barely used if at all.

This is an economical way of buying antique French linen fabric in a fabulously large amount.
