This is a very nice Parker Pen from the Presidency of Gerald Ford. The pen is blue with the top being silver in color. It comes in it\'s original brass trimmed presentation box stamped with the Presidential Seal and President Ford\'s facsimile signature. This set was often used as a gift item given by the President to close friends and visiting VIP\'s. Pen set has never been used and is in excellent condition. There is no ink cartridge.
