Every step is taken to protect the evidence of years of use and aging. With this in mind- I will answer any questions you have about an item as promptly and thoroughly as possible. When you purchase the item, it will ship within 2 business day of payment. Items are shipped directly, so you wont have to wait for me to “drop it off at the post office\" in a couple of days. I describe the condition of the item; markings, dimensions, flaws, and other comments to help you understand what may not be seen in pictures. Items with a selling price of $250 and over will require a signature as proof of delivery. Lost in transit items: If you think your item is lost, contact me. I’ll do everything I can to locate it, even if it means calling a postmaster somewhere and saying, “Hey! We have a problem!” Believe me,I\'vedone this before and it works. Just keep in mind that occasionally packages get held up in warehouses or sorting facilities. But your purchase is insured against loss (at my expense) However, patience often pays. If not, it’ll take about 30 business days before I can file a claim and issue a refund for loss.
