UP FOR offer is a unique vintage Goebel Hummel by Robson. It is entitled \"Flight Into Egypt\" and shows Mary and Jesus riding a donkey. On the side of the base, \"ROBSON\" is imprinted. The Hummel name sticker is attached to the base. On the under side of the base, you will see \"Rob 405/A\" and \"1959\" imprinted. It measures 7 inches tall by 4-3/4 inches long.
What a beautiful piece this is! The loving mother holding her infant son while traveling by donkey. The white portion around the hood and the faces is done with glossy finish, while the cloak and donkey are matte. The coloring is excellent throughout.This figurine has been examined very closely and although no damage has been found, I am going to call it \"minty\" instead of \"mint.\" It is the cleanest, most damage-free Hummel I have come across, but not being an expert on Hummels, I resist using the term, and want there to be a margin for human error. It is, however, in VERY, VERY GOOD condition.
