Up for offer is a very rareRold Gold Pretzel 1 Cent counter display. The container measures 12\" high x 6\" wide. Rold Gold was formed in 1914 in Philadelphia. I do not know how old thiscontainer is, but I am guessing that based on the size of the pretzel that would fit in thecontainer, it may date back to the 40\'s or 50\'s. Please do not hold me to that. I could not find any information on it. Rold Gold eventually was purchased and delivered by Frito-Lay, a Division ofPepsiCo with plants in St.Louis and Canton Ohio.Thecontainer is old. The top has some staining. The bottom is rusted. There are a few dents in the plastic. Part of the word pretzel has been worn off. There are no holes and it is solid. Please see the pictures.We are not a store. This container has been in my family as far back as I canremember. We have just retired and many of my \'goodies\' must be sold.
