This is a hard to find Gonder Pottery black panther table lamp circa 1950s. Lamp features a classic muscular panther crouched on a pile of rocks. Piece can be referenced in Ron Hoopes “Gonder Pottery” book page 60, plate 49, top left. Piece is a perfect accent lamp for that Mid Century Modern décor. Lamp was totally disassembled, cleaned and rewired with all new polarized plug cord. It has original push through on / off brass socket and original harp with brass finial. Condition

This fantastic panther lamp is in excellent vintage condition. There is a TINY < ⅛” glaze nip on the bottom edge that was colored in with black pen at some point (see pic, nearly unnoticeable). Lamp was totally disassembled, cleaned and rewired with all new polarized plug cord. It has original push through on / off brass socket and original harp with brass finial. It has a new protective felt base as well.
