RETURNS & REFUNDS: 95% of the items I sell are vintage, antique, or current but used and not likely to be in new condition. Most will have minor to moderate age and use related wear, which I do my best to accurately describe. It very rarely happens, but if there is a problem due to my error, simply contact me before leaving response or opening a return claim.

Why contact me first? I\'m offering to promptly (usually within 24-48 hours) resolve the problem, whereas an or PayPal claim will take as long as 2-3 weeks. The bottom line is, I want to communicate directly with you, not an automated system that gives very limited choices of resolution. That said, there are items I cannotgive refunds on, for what should be obvious reasons.

Gold & Silver: Even though most of my listings are high quality pieces of jewelry, many buyers purchasethem toresellfor scrap, and scrap values vary daily. If you\'re a scrapper, you already know this, so please offer wisely.

Media Items: I\'m fully aware that the vast majority of buyers are honest, but has made it way too easy for scammers to buy a book or DVD, and when done reading orwatching, file a false claim to get a full refund.

Items Damaged In Transit: I haveno control over your item once I ship it. USPS manages to damage even well packed packages, and If Idid all that I could to secure your item, I should not be held responsible for their negligence. That would be like me telling you that some strangerbroke your item before I could ship it, but you still have to pay...and I\'m pretty sure I know what your response would be.

Items Lost In Transit: I typically ship within 24-48 hours of cleared payment. If your package hasn\'t arrived within a reasonable amount of time, please use the tracking number before yelling at me. If they did lose your package, again, I have no control over that, so please don\'t hold me responsible.

Protecting Your Purchase: doesn\'t allow us tocharge for insurance, and it obviously wouldn\'t be cost effective for me to insure every first class package I ship. If the item is over a certain amount, I will ship priority at no extra cost to you, or pay out of pocket to insure very high value items. To fully protect all of your purchases, please consider requesting priority shipping. It cost a little more, but includes up to $50.00 insurance.
