Overall I would say it is in Very Good Lightly Used Condition. There are a few issues including a few marks to the bottom & top trim(see marked photos).
There is a stain on the inner corner of one pocket(appears to be ink) & another small stain in other pocket. Also appears that the previous owner tried to repair some of the stitching behind the front flap closures(see marked photo).
