This vender is an Oak Acorn Universal 25 cent machine. The coin mechanism works great and is nice and firm and with use it will turn easier. The Oak company started making Acorn machines in 1947 but no way to tell when this particular model was made but it\'s at least 50 years old.
This vender was \"Professionally\" bead blasted andpowder coated for an amazing shine and it\'s much more durable then paint. I even had the \"hopper\" ( the part the product sits in )powder coated. That way if peanuts or gum or candy are left in for an extended time, they will notdamage this part of the machine and it\'s easily cleaned.
Since this is very old, imperfections are to be expected in the machine itself but still, it\'s an amazing vender.
All decals are \"vinyl\" and perfect. The lettering was custom made for this machine as were the tiny coca cola boy decals.
This machine has a gum ball wheel for vending.
The machine has new rubber feet to protect a display surface.
The chrome vending door and the chrome coin mechanism are amazing. The 3 acrylic viewing windows \"may\" have very tiny scratches and from a foot away they are notvisible.
There are coins in the bottom of the machine as I always check to make sure it functions as it should before I box.
The machine will vend small gum balls and candies perfectly every time.
This machine comes with a working lock and key and a coca cola key chain.
