Ceramic. Old cork stopper I did not try to remove.
Two holes in the head--for salt or pepper?
Minor shelf wear but no breaks or old repairs that I can see.A Note on Vintage Ceramics--these were hand painted and that is their vintage charm.

repairs or retouching done by me (sold as found)! Any desired cleaning will be left to the new owner.
