This is a vintage 1975 Ben Cooper Remnant of a Halloween Costume, size 3-5. It is a Minnie Mouse Vest. It has the Original box top. The cellophane to the box is still present and is still attached. But it has been torn through. The box top is also badly torn on one side. But the vest, other than a few smudges, is unharmed.
