This is a listing for a Russian Vintage Art 70\'s GOLDEN KHOKHLOMA Solid Wood Hand Painted honey set for 6 person.Set of 6 spoons, 6 small bowls and big honey jar with lid.Khokhloma is a unique phenomenon in Russian folk art, dating back to XVII century in Nizhegorodsky region.It owes its name to one of the villages, where local craftsmen brought their ware to sale.OriginallyKhokhloma items were produced in monasteries and were designed primarily for the court of the Tsar.Allpeaces are individually handmade and painted, they are unique-no two are exactly the same.They are measures approx.6 spoons: 5.2\" long6 small bowls: 3.5\" diameter on the top, 2.5\" diameter on the bottom and 1.5\" tallBig honey jar : 5.2\"tall, 6\" diameter on the bottom and 4.6\" diameter on the top.The beautiful rare unique set for 6 in great unused vintage condition with very light wear and may have some flaws (see my photo).Please view photo\'s carefully it is a part of description.If you have any questions ask I\'ll do my best to answer.
