Vintage Danish Modern Teak Optimist/Pessimist Troll Bookends

A vintage item from the 1960\'s

I believe these were made by noted Scandinavian artist/designer Hans Bolling - they are not marked, but I have seen identical troll figurines that have not been mounted on bookends that are signed on the bottom of the feet.

They measure approx 5 inches tall to the tallest point.

They are in great vintage condition with overall age related wear but no major damage or imperfections. The \"pessimist\" troll is slightly balding, see photo...
