This is a verybeautiful and collectible Indian Mughal Rajput all steel Scissor Katar/Katari.
Katar is also known as Tiger knife.
When Katar grips are compressed , the blade spring apart to reveal an inner blade
Katar is decorated with silver overlaid work..
It is a very old piece with nice patina.
