A nice working (see photo:)) brass scissor type wall lamp with a wooden on/off knob.Stretched and fully expanded it is approximately 35" in length with the brass lamp portion 9" diameter.Some dust, marks and little surface rust as expected for an older, used metal lamp such as this (character:)). I have not tried to restore this so that option is up to the buyer if desired.I'll remove the light bulb for shipping .Enjoy
