This is an adorable baby rattle Easter toy it is vintage, and made by the Irwin Corporation, dating to the 1940\'s. They are bright yellow with painted red and blue accents, made from hard plastic. They have a wonderful Art Deco look, and have no breaks or cracks. It measures about 3 1/2\" tall and 2 3/4\" across.
