Vintage Japanese SterlingSilver Cigarette Case Engraved with a Thai/Siamese Dancer.

Ithas had one owner and it was purchased in the 1950’s while on active duty inthe Army during the Korean War.

Both the bar for holding the cigarettes in place and theopen/close button

are marked “sterling”.

This beautiful cigarette box is decorated on the frontwith a depiction of a traditional Thai or Siamese dancer.

Cigarettes can beheld on one side using a lightweight removable metal

arm.

This cigarette box is in great shape! There is some lightsurface wear, but no dents or dings and the button for opening works perfectand it opens with ease and closes tight.
