Offered for sale is a vintage 1985 Jodi Creager character doll, quite large, measuring 24\" by 12\". The character is Sir Winston Somerset and features a riding crop, pipe with burning embers and removable pince nez glasses (one lens is missing). It is a charming doll and is in excellent condition except for the missing lens on the glasses. It has the original paper tag with artist signature and title. I know these dolls don\'t come on the market very often, this came from an estate sale in Napa, CA. From what I learned via the internet. this is a very famous doll maker and this is an early work, making it a rarity.
