Thisfigurine iswearing a lightaqua blue dress andwith little yellow flowers around the hem and little starbursts. She is holding a Happy Birthday card in her hands. There is also a cute little white kitten sitting at her feet.This figurinemeasures roughly5.5 inches tall and isingreatvintage condition.She has a very tiny manufacturerline under the glazeonthe brim of her hat.
