This is a vintage Kitsch, probably 1960\'s, ornate bas-relief picture for a wall, framed and under glass. It looks to be cupid and some goddess. Metal tone (I am guessing it is plastic but it could be a thin metal, I am not going to pry it open to check). The image has been decorated (hand painted it appears) with pastel aqua, yellow white, flesh tone and a medium pink with the metal tone (I really cannot tell if it is silver or gold, it might have both colors, the frame has gold for sure) showing through the paint. The back is marked Intercraft Industries Chicago, Polychrome Four Seasons on a sticker. There is wear on the frame and it needs a careful cleaning. Also, there are some small nail or pin holes poked through to the image where someone must have pushed it up against the wall when hanging. Still, the colors are fun and it is so Retro and Tacky! Quite heavy.
