Just acquired from my Uncle\'s estate. Never been used. The pictures don\'t do this piece justice. Stunning detail and master craftsmanship! The engraving tells a story, however the words are written in Scandinavian which adds intrigue and authenticity. My guess is that the inscriptions are describing Norwegian knights defending the country\'s monarchy and their Christian naval endeavors. NOTE: I am relatively new to .
