Commemorative Carnival Favor Collectible ~ Mardi Gras
New Orleans, LouisianaThe purple crown insignia, name and the date of 1965 are under a clear plastic bubble, giving it a magnified effect. The plate is 7 3/4\" in diameter. Light marks on the face of the plate. These appear as faint scratches (not deep grooves) and streak marks from being polished -- all can most likely be buffed out.
