For sale is a sweet little vintage swan figurine/trinket bowl from Lefton China.It was made andhand painted in Japan. The swan is pale pink with goldpainted trim, eyes, and beak. It has a delicate pink rosebud on top of itshead, and 3 on the front. The one in the middle is larger and darker pink,flanked by green leaves tipped in purple. The bottom is stamped with the LeftonChina mark and thenumber 8220. The swan is almost 2\" tall and 31/2\" wide. It is in overall good condition.The flowers on this type of china figurine are delicate andeasily damaged. Each of the four flowers on the swan have a small part ofa petal that has broken off. However, because of the uneven nature of the petals generally, the broken spots are not very noticeable, and in one case isquite small.A very pretty trinket bowl to keep on a counter or dresser for holdingrings, earrings, or other small items.
