This listing is for a Beautiful Antique Wooden Beaded ROSARY and the cross is marked LOURDES FRANCE.
The back of the cross has what appears to be a small reservoir for something (possibly holy water?).
***There is NO water in it right now, I suspect it evaporated/dried up over time.This item was recently purchased from an estate.

SIGNED: The cross is marked LOURDES PAT PEND FRANCE

DIMENSIONS: The crucifix measures about 1 13/16\" x 1 1/8\" at the largest points.
Measuring from the end of the cross to the opposite end of the rosary when this item is laid out flat it is about 17 1/2\" long.
The main rosary \'Loop\' measures about 23 1/2\" rosary is about 16.1 grams.

CONDITION:
the wooden beads have some small scratches/scuffs, dings, nicks, flats, wear and imperfections in some areas-see images.
***There is NO water in the area on the back of the cross right now, I suspect it evaporated/dried up over time.
The metal is base metal, and it has some dings, dimples, nicks, scratches/scuffs, wear and imperfections in some areas---see images,
The metal has some patina, tarnish and discoloration in some areas as well and could use a cleaning/touch up polish in some areas ( if desired).
There appears to be a silvertone layer over the base metal in some areas -as on the figure of Jesus and on the central metal etc. and this silvertone layer is worn away, exposing the base metal below.
There is an area on this rosary that has a link broken/loose -it appears as though the beads are joined with double chain links and one is loose -see close images.
