Vintage Large Green Vase Drip Glaze Marked Mission Pottery:

This is a large vase with a shiny green drip glaze. It stands about 12.5\" tall, is 24\" in circumference at the widest place, and has a base 4.5\" in diameter. It is in good condition -- no chips, cracks, or crazing. It has the occasional glaze bubble -- you can see one on the closeup of the round handle. It is glazed inside. There is a rusty colored deposit inside from just below the lip to the shoulder. I presume this is from use. The last picture will give you an idea of this.The marking on the bottom indicates Mission Pottery. One reference book says that Shawnee used the name Mission Pottery for a period of time, so this may be one of those pieces. The vase weighs about 6 lbs 11 ozs.We add CA sales tax of 8.5% if your mailing address is in California.The postage app calculates the shipping to be about $22. This seems high, but I have been surprised by the USPS before. If actual postage is less, I will give you a refund of the difference.
