Vintage Large Japanese Royal Satsuma Moriage Decorated Lamp Vase:

This is a beautifully RoyalSatsumamoriage painted vase that measures 19\" high (bottom to the top of the socket) and 9\" wide. Does not include the harp or the finial. The moriage paint is invery goodcondition. This piece can be use as a lamp or as a vase. The lamp is in good working condition. The vase has a hand writtenmarked in the bottom\"hand painted royal Satsuma\" (see picture).

Good vintage condition. The base cover is stained (see pictures) but it can be replaced or covered with a lamp shade. You can eliminate the cover if you want to use this piece as a vase. The golden vase handles are in good condition. It has some discoloration and scratches on the wooden base due to age. Pictures 10 and 11 are showing a running down drop of glaze. Picture12 shows a dark shadow that may a stain.
