Large completed PBN unframed Old Mill landscape. Probably c. mid century. Shows, minor edge wear which would be negligible when framed. Back has some staining and a tear, see photos. Overall very good condition and will look great framed.

Mintin Box: Nothing wrong with the item, never been used, and in original box.
Mint: Nothing wrong with the item and never been used.
Excellent EUC: Very little wrong with the item if anything at all, no visibleproblems, excellent used condition.
Very Good VGUC: Very little wrong with the item, in very good condition, maybea little dusty or has a minor problem.
Good GUC: Item has been loved, a little messy, possibly dusty but still goodfor any collection.
Poor/OK: Item has been used, washed, scratched, broken or marks/spots which Iwill do my best to identify.
Best Offer...Althoughone major retailer has the world convinced that “free” shipping is literallyfree, it is not. Someone always pays andoften times it is quite expensive. Myprices which include “free” shipping in most cases, have shipping costsfactored in to the purchase price.Before making an unreasonable offer and wasting everyone’s time, pleaseconsider where you are located compared to PA and whether or not your offerwill even cover the shipping. Most of myitems are priced at the most reasonable price which I can ship to CA, OR, AZ,WA, and TX and still make a profit. Ibase my prices off of what I have into any given item, and Paypal fees,most recent sold listings, the rarity of an item and shipping costs. If you live closer and the shipping will beless, then I will factor that into my best offer decisions.
Shipping… I shipmost items same day to 1 day after payment is received. I use priority shippingwhen I can and that seems to work best.Itautomatically offers ship cover insurance and is most often times less thanparcel with the added insurance. I insure most items for shipping and inthe event that something is damaged, keep the item and the packaging and let meknow ASAP to resolve. You may open a“return” case if it eases your mind, but in general that just slows the processas it is NOT necessary to return the item.Just let me know and I will send you an email with more information.
International Shipping…I will ship internationally, butonly using the Global Shipping.Also, I will NOT falsify the customs form, so please do not even ask. automatically fills the form now in the shipping center and I will notchange it. So, what you pay and the fact that it is “merchandise” isrecorded. You may have to pay a high customs tax- be aware.
Toy and lead paint warnings…Anything I sell is not tobe eaten.These items aremeant to be collectible items.Theyhave not been tested for lead paint according to my knowledge, so don’t letchildren or pregnant women eat them.Ihave not had any problems with this personally, but so many sellers have thistype of disclaimer that I thought it is probably a good idea to stress thesepoints because the government and lawyers thinks we are all morons and I don’tneed to be sued.
Customer Satisfaction... Most of the items that I sellare vintage, used and loved- they are RARELY going to be perfect. Pleasenote, that even though I try my best, and consider myself a detail orientedperson, I am still human and have found myself looking at something a second orthird time and finding a problem that I had not noticed before.Also, you may consider something a problemthat I have not even considered as a defect.So, please ask all pertinent questions prior to offerding.
