This great bank is in great condition. It looks great, the arm pulls great, the wheels spin great and it is complete except that the plug in the bottom is missing. I don\'t know if it was designed to pay out when numbers line up or not but I don\'t know if it pays off. If that is the way it was designed I feel certain it works as the rest of the bank works great. I have noticed that the numbers don\'t have glass or plastic covers over them. In looking at other similar banks they don\'t have covers either so I believe this one never had covers. Please ask if you have specific questions. It really is a great bank.
