The purse appears to have Crocodile, Alligator skin on the outside. I am not an expert and can\' t guarantee the type of material. The green tie on the handle was placed there by someone else. I should have cut it off before picture but didn\'t. It can be easily removed. The brown purse has a front gold bar accent with a circular accent. It is 10\" x7\" x2.5\" (the width can be expanded to about 3.5\". The inside is covered in a brown heavy polyester ribbed type material. There is an inside material pocket that is about 3.5\" x 5\".
