You are offerding on an ALL Original AUTHENTIC VINTAGE LIME FUNNY FACE, Made in Hong Kong Candy Dispenser. No writing on the light blue stem but Arms are Outlined on the stem. Stem is a little dirty, and bottom cap, all parts are present. Two tiny cracks at the base of the stem and a couple of small melt marks under hi left hand. Displays well and would be a GREAT addition to any collection !! I will also be listing a few more of these type dispensers, Funny Faces, & PEZ. Guaranteed OLD and ORIGINAL from the 60\'s
